Your book, your records

Cashflow keeps a record of the money you tell Mara about, so you can see what came in, what went out and what is left.

What we keep

Your WhatsApp number and name; the records you make (amounts, items, people who owe you, plans); the lines of bank statements you choose to add; and when you agreed to this notice.

We don't keep the words of your messages, your voice notes, your pictures or your statement files: we read them and delete them. We never ask for bank PINs, passwords or OTPs.

Who sees it

Only you, and family members you add yourself, who see only the plans you share with them. Our team sees counts, not your records, unless you ask us for help.

Who helps us

Meta (WhatsApp), Supabase (our database, in the EU), Vercel (our website), a speech-to-text service and a picture-reading service (they read your voice note or picture and don't keep it or learn from it), and Sentry (error reports without your records). We don't sell your data or use it to train AI.

Mara is an AI

Every number she tells you comes from your own records. She doesn't give financial, loan, tax or legal advice, and she never moves money.

How long

Your records stay until you ask us to delete them. Mara's replies to you are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Send agent to Mara to ask for a copy of your records, a correction, or deletion. Send stop summary to stop the evening messages. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
